Professional Relationships
During many years in business relationships are born out of common values and shared business principles. We recommend and refer our clients to the contractor best suited for their project size and scope. Each client is responsible for confirming contractor appropriate insurance and licensing as required for work preformed.
Selby Design, Ltd does not construct any of the homes or projects we design.
We recommend structural engineers and general contractors as requested. It is to clients discretion whom they chose to work with after design completion.

Tami's design of our Hood Canal complete remodel (we took everything down to the studs) greatly exceeded my expectations. After showing her a (large) stack of magazine clippings, and some images on the Houzz App, she came back with about 90% of what I had in mind.
