New Construction styles vary as much as each individual client. My goal is to design a truly custom home for each client. We have no catalog or stock plans. Building sites can be clean and easy or steep and difficult. Assessing the site prior to design process is a must.

The Beauty and Beast of Remodeling

Remodels and additions are a special kind of project. First steps are assessing a clients needs and wants for the home. Second step is assessing whether their site, local codes and property restrictions will allow the addition. Some homes are limited by their septic restrictions or county/city code limitations of how close you can build to the property line.
